Samir has more than 10 years international banking experience gained with Societe Generale and ABN AMRO in Paris, Amsterdam and Dubai.

Samir is also the founding partner of CT&F, a financial advisory firm that specializes in the commodities sector. CT&F has structured and raised capital for landmark projects in the Middle East region, some of them having won leading industry awards.

Samir holds a Master in Banking and Finance from Sorbonne University and a Master in Economics of Energy from Institut Français du Pétrole.  Samir speaks English and French.
